This week was a rainy one. There were several big thunderstorms and a whole lot of rain; we even had some flood warnings and nearby areas had road closures due to high water levels. We’re hoping next week is a little more dry because we sure miss riding our bikes!

Most of the week was filled with the usual routine of work and school. Winston got an ugly haircut and Liam had a dentist appointment, which went well. That stuff is pretty boring compared to getting a new family member, though! Liam’s new cousin, Jackson, was born. I’m an aunt again! My brother and sister-in-law had a beautiful baby boy on Saturday and we took Liam over to the hospital to visit and meet the newest addition. Isn’t he cute? Liam’s older cousin, Will, was so excited about being a big brother. He and Liam waited very patiently for Jackson by looking at trucks and diggers outside of the hospital window together.
