This week was pretty quiet. Winston got a nice, fresh haircut and I captured a few cute moments of Liam reading a book to his best buddy, and our latest “home time” routine: Liam walks in the door and greets daddy by wanting to sit on his lap to “color.” (He thinks daddy colors all day at his desk for work.) It was pretty hot all week with a couple late nights home from work so overall uneventful, but on Saturday we went down to visit great grandma, who has several vines of concord grapes that were ripe for picking. Liam loved meeting and running around the backyard with great grandma’s dog and helping to pick all the grapes. We’ll soon turn them into jam or jelly!
