It was “G” week at Liam’s school, and I’m pretty sure he’s the only kid in his class that brought in a Greedo for “G” show-and-tell. (Which also means he’s the awesomest kid in his class.) Lucas surprised me some stargazer lilies at work just because, which made my week, and Liam got a huge new order of books from Scholastic. New favorites include Not a Box and Going on a Bear Hunt. He seems pretty obsessed with Bear Hunt, and loves going to the page just before they find the bear and reliving the “shock” of turning the page and finding the bear over and over and over (and over) again. We may already be tired of reading this one – but it never seems to get old for him. We enjoyed sunshine and played at the park on Saturday, but the week wrapped up with a dreary, rainy day, which just so happened to be perfect for snuggling on the couch and watching football.
