Twas the week before Christmas and all through the house… not many pictures were taken because we were so busy getting ready for the holidays! We’re officially on winter break now, and looking forward to Christmas in a few days and spending lots of time together with family and friends. It was grandpa’s birthday this week so Liam helped him open his gift when he stopped by the house to do some last minute shopping with me. I finished knitting/crocheting Lila’s baby blanket and a pair of infant mittens, and have no idea what to do now that I’ve finished my knitting for her well ahead of schedule. (Don’t worry, I’ll come up with more to make!) Speaking of baby Lila, I’m 30 weeks and can’t believe we’re only 10 weeks away from meeting her. We’re all prepped to make lots of yummy cut-out Christmas cookies tomorrow together, and we hung Liam’s Christmas art on the wall by the tree and have the red table ready to set up some of those cookies for Santa, too. Liam celebrated Christmas with his friends at school at his classroom party where they exchanged books and opened gifts from their teachers. We’ve wrapped all of the gifts for family and friends and are ready… bring it on, Christmas! Hope you and yours have a very merry holiday. I can’t believe there’s only a week left in 2013!
